NO MONEY NEEDED FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.



In today's world, most of the people spend their money to keep themselves fit and have a healthy life. To fulfill this need of health and fit life, People follow all the possible trends like luxury gym, personal trainer, dietitian for their meals etc. If people think that they will get healthy lifestyle with the help of money, then this is a myth. Today 65% of the people are living an unhealthy life. So what we have to follow is:

1. Quantity and Quality of the meal: Firstly, if you take 3 meals then divides it into 5. Nothing else has to be done; this will improve your Digestive system and full you stomach. Secondly count your nutrition value, take nutrient or meal according to your body type so that you add adequate amount of energy to life.


2. Beauty sleep: For an energetic life, you need at least 7 hours of sleep; it is a basic human need like other ones. Sleeping plays a vital role in foundation of good health, its deficiency may leads to mental and physical stress or problems.  For getting enough amount of sleep you need cut down unnecessary activities and non productive things from your life.


3 Detoxification:  Detoxification is the physiological or medicinal removal of toxic substances from human body, the organ like kidney, liver, intestine, Lymph System and skin works to eliminates toxins from the body. So how can do it naturally? We can detoxify our body by starting our day care routine with some Luke warm water, black coffee and lemon water etc. and avoiding heavy meals.


4 Hydrate yourself: human body is made up of unto 70% of water, so drinking water is very essential for human being for deliver nutrients to the cells, to regulate body temperature, prevent infection, blood oxygen circulation etc. if we do not drink enough water it means our body does not have enough fluids to operate our body. So we have to drink 6-8 ounce glasses daily for being hydrated and for well functioned body.

I think this information helps you to understand, how we can live healthy life with simple adjustments without spending money to achieve better and sustainable lifestyle.
