MEDICAL SCIENCE VS LOGIC (Ayurveda + Allopathic = Healthy life)

We live in the twenty-first century, but people continue to fight and do not understand the importance of ayurvedic and allopathic medicine. This is completely illogical; all medicine is designed to save lives.

The purpose of today's blog is to educate readers on the significance of both branches of medicine. India is a forerunner in Ayurvedic medicine. In India, Ayurveda has a very rich culture. Ayurveda is about more than just medicine; it also teaches us how to live a better life, both physically and mentally.

According to World Health Organization (WHO) “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Now let us discuss how ayurveda works and what the fundamentals of ayurveda are:

The three fundamental principles, known as doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha), are derived from five elements of Indian philosophy. The doshas of Ayurveda can be identified as regulatory control factors for fundamental physiologic processes in living systems that maintain their identity over time: Vata and its subdoshas govern input/output processes and movement. Pitta and its subdoshas control power consumption, turnover, and therefore energy, while kapha and its subdoshas control storage, structures, and lubrication.

In a nutshell, ayurveda is concerned with problems caused by your bad habits or a lack of any chemical or mineral in your body, which leads to a specific disease. For example, if you have hair loss, diabetes, asthma, hypertension, or an imbalance in your body, they will give you medicine to compensate for your deficiency. Consume vegetables and fruits high in beta carotene, ascorbic acid, and other essential vitamins on a regular basis. Certain foods, such as mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, and green vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, are also good options for increasing body adaptability.

Allopathic medicine deals with viruses, bacteria, and infections that enter the body. From the outside world, or as we know, as a result of human unnatural activities such as pollution, altitude, and food, etc.

  What are drugs?

A drug is a substance that is used to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. Drug therapy is an important aspect of the medical sector that relies on pharmacology for ongoing advancement and pharmacy for proper management.

Drugs are a collection of several chemicals that are used to treat diseases. 30% of medication chemicals are derived from plants that are also used in Ayurveda.

Allopathic medicine is now the most popular medical practise in India, or we trust all doctors and their subordinates to assist us recover from disease, or we can't state ayurveda. Is it better or is it allopathic? Both play an essential role in saving people's lives.
