Meditation is a popular topic these days, with many people promoting its advantages. If you truly understand meditation, all you have to do is observe the people around you.
Today, we are going to discuss about mediation and I’ll try to explain it to you.

All of the definitions are correct in terms of what they desire to get out of meditation. Is meditation just used nowadays as a de-stressing and calming tool to counter the hectic lifestyle we lead?
Now I'll explain you what I feel about meditation and what I've learned about it.
Meditation is not a method or instrument for just relaxing and de-stressing the mind and body. It is a manner of life that people lived in the middle Ages, and instead of focusing on worldly items and attachments to the outside world, they focused on developing a strong mind and body for their souls and purifying them from the evils of the outside world. As an illustration, consider the following:

Sanyasi is the ideal example of a meditative soul. Throughout his life, he has used meditation to improve his inner soul and teach his body and mind how to live simply and not be attached to the outside world.

In today's world and society, meditation is merely a tool for improving focusing capacity and reducing stress that people confront on a daily basis. People simply want to reduce their stress levels, and a simple grasp of meditation has transformed it from a way of life to a tool.
You must understand that no one can teach you meditation; you must teach yourself by trying it for at least 5 minutes every day. Simply empty your mind of all thoughts and focus solely on your breathing or soul. Slowly, you become aware of its impact on your life and if .you can't get this simple, perform yoga and listen to slow, peaceful music to unwind.
